If you’re looking for prestige, having an Alpine address is a step in that direction. Encompassing less than 8 square miles, this little city has a median family income of about $75,000.

Named after the Swiss Alps and nestled up against the Wasatch Range just north of Highland the city has a population f about 10,000 residents. One of its man features are the biking trails that attract mountain bikers from all over the state. Hiking is also an important past time with its many trails and paths.

Once redlined by the banks, before that became illegal, Alpine was once a quiet little farming community. Today it is home to many high–end homes. Although still a quiet community it is the choice of many builders and residents to build massive dream homes.

The median price for a home in Alpine in the fall of 2016 was just under $750,000. Average price stood at about $972,000. The lowest priced home was just under $300,000 and the highest a shade under $3 million.
